Administrative fees

Under Act no. 137/2006 Coll. on Public Contracts, the application for registration on the list of approved economic operators, application for alteration of the registration and application for the extract from the list are subject to payment of an administrative fee.

Scale of administrative fees

  • Application for change and furnishing evidence demonstrating full qualifications is not due to any administrative fee!!!
  • Application for registration on the list: CZK 3,000
  • Application for alteration of registration on the list: CZK 1,000
  • Application for extract from the list: CZK 15/page

Administrative fees may be settled:

  • with revenue stamps
  • in cash at cashier´s offices of the Ministry for Regional Development:
    • central cashier´s office:: Staroměstské nám. 6, Praha 1
      Office hours: Monday - Thursday: 10 - 12 a.m., 3-5 p.m.; Friday: 10 - 12 a.m., 1 - 2.30 p.m.
    • cashier´s office - branch Na Príkopě 3, Praha 1
      Office hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 11 a.m.
    • cashier´s office - branch Letenská 3, Praha 1
  • with postal money order
  • by transfer to the bank account of the Ministry for Regional Development, account no. 3711-629001/0710. The bank account is operated by the Czech National Bank, Na Příkopě 28, Praha 1; identification number of the applicant should be stated as variable payment symbol.
