Info-forum

Inquiries concerning Act no. 137/2004 Coll. on Public Contracts and Act no. 139/2004 on Concession Contracts and Concession Procedures (Concession Act) can be made in the framework of Info - Forum.

Answers are going to be provided by the Public Procurement and Public Private Partnership Department of the Ministry of Regional Development as a part of guidance assistance on the basis of following rules:

1. Only general explanation of particular provisions, institutes and issues of Act on Public Contracts and Concession Act will be rendered.

2. The Public Procurement and Public Private Partnership Department reserves the right to take a decision whether the inquiry, corresponding answer included, will be either published in the frame of Info - Forum, or the response will be e-mailed only to the inquirer, or no response will be drawn up.

3. Inquiries, which might be of interest for a wider range of users and those concerning the issues, which have not been paid attention to in Info - Forum so far, will be published.

4. Inquiries related to procedures under Act on Public Contracts or Concession Act in particular cases, and inquiries outside the scope of public contracts and concessions will not be answered.
