Formal Guidance for Systems of Certified Economic Operators (SCEO) and Templates of Documents

On the basis of a request of administrator, which might be any legal person, the Ministry for Regional Development takes decision on approval of the system of certified economic operators in administrative proceedings. In the framework of proceedings, the Ministry assesses, inter alia, drafted rules of the system, delimitation of categories of public contracts, which the system of certified economic operators applies to, or description of evidence required from economic operators.
