Working Group on Electronic Public Procurement - the working group exercises its activities in the framework of the Advisory Committee on Public Contracts and deals in particular with electronic public procurement from the view of legislation, processes and technologies at both European level as well as that of individual Member States.
Working Group on Statistical Information - the working group exercises its activities in the framework of the Advisory Committee on Public Contracts and deals in particular with the process of publication of forms at both European level (in TED) as well as that of individual Member States and of statistical outputs on public contracts in particular Member States.

The GPA is a plurilateral agreement, the parties to which are members of the World Trade Organization -WTO.

Public Procurement Network (PPN)
is a cooperation network of public procurement expert officials from individual bodies dealing with public procurement in EU Member States, EEA (European Economic Area) Members and Switzerland, whose primary purpose is to strengthen the application of EU procurement rules laid down by EC legal framework, namely through sharing and mutual exchange of experience and benchmarking. PPN also contributes to the promotion of problems solving in cross-border cases relating to public procurement.
