Register of Concession Contracts

Based on § 32 of Act no. 139/2006 Coll. on Concession Contracts and Concession Procedures, the Register of Concession Contracts (RCC) is a constituent element of ISPC. Pursuant to the provision referred to above, the Register is accessible for the general public and data are available by the date of duration of concession contract. Upon expiry or termination of the contract the Ministry for Regional Development is obligated to withdraw the data from the register.

By given parameters a particular concession contract can be found in Information System on Public Contracts (ISPC) through a browser. The Register also contains chronological list of concession contracts and web template of an extract of information on a concession contract.
