List of Approved Economic Operators
Pursuant to § 125 and subsequent provisions of Act no. 137/2006 Coll. on Public Contracts, the Ministry for Regional Development maintains the List of Approved Economic Operators. The Ministry registers on the list those economic operators who have met qualifications pursuant to § 53 (basic qualifications criteria) and § 54 (professional qualifications criteria) of the Act on Public Contracts, have demonstrated satisfaction of qualifications by furnishing relevant evidence to the Ministry and have paid an administrative fee.
In the procurement procedure, the economic operator is entitled to replace evidence, demonstrating satisfaction of both basic and professional qualifications criteria by production of an extract from the List of Approved Economic Operators. The contracting authority/entity is obligated to recognize the extract from the List unless it is dated from more than 3 months.
In the field of the List of Approved Economic Operators the Ministry by means of the ISPC ensures following functions:
- maintenance of the List of Approved Economic Operators
- supply of information on registered economic operators by issuing extracts from the List
- supply of information on registered economic operators with an option to search for on the List pursuant to given criteria
- provision of practical guidance in registration, changes in registration and withdrawal from the List through templates and formal guidelines.
